About the Role
Lead the Logistics & Distribution function by setting the global strategic and tactical direction for transportation, distribution centre operations and trade compliance to support service, cost, operations and financial objectives of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare.
Working across a global network of distribution sites you will shape the future of our business through strong commercial awareness, sound processes, innovation and an unwavering focus on the customer.
With at least five years' experience in a senior level role as a people manager, you have a continuous improvement focus, experience in strategic planning and process optimization. You enjoy people leadership, have a strong financial understanding and are continually focussed on productivity optimisation.
You are an instigator of change and pride yourself on continually striving to improve and drive operational excellence. You are confident to challenge the status quo but also possess strong change management skills that you utilise to ensure you bring others along on your journey. You have proven experience in developing high performing teams and will always find a way to navigate your way through complex and demanding situations, holding close your value of acting with integrity in everything you do.
Experience working on a global platform would be your favoured sectors and you have worked in well established environments.
