In this 2-year fixed term role you'll be providing additional support to the overall team, in particular being responsible for 'on time/in spec' completion of specific engineering projects targeting quality, cost and continuous improvement. Able to influence and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, you'll use your knowledge and experience of large scale product design to participate in design reviews and provide input into solutions.
You'll be developing, testing and analysing new concepts and 3D designs and will need to apply your knowledge of Geometric Dimensions & Tolerancing (GD&T) Standards and perform engineering calculations on critical components to ensure quality and reduce risk. You'll also liaise with our Product Support Group, Field Service specialists and international dealer personnel to help resolve field issues.
Degree qualified in Engineering or a Technology discipline
Understand specification systems and decision release systems
Strong working knowledge of CAD and/or other engineering tools
Understand engineering principles as they relate to the company product
