Description:

At Teletrac Navman, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our team.

As the IT Support Technician you will be responsible for providing expert quality Help Desk services to internal IT customers and providing expert level administration of our ICT systems.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Ensuring all IT support issues are resolved promptly to a high level of service

  • Efficiently supporting Auckland office staff and remote APAC staff, maintaining client satisfaction and identifying performance gaps and emerging needs

  • Deploying end user systems, including PCs, laptops, phones and peripherals

  • Ensuring that you maintain proficiency in a wide range of technology products/ platforms

  • Promoting and driving a passionate customer driven culture by ensuring a strong focus on delivery, execution and the customer

Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ experience in a 'hands on' Corporate IT user support role

  • Experience working with a wide range of Microsoft products, including production experience with Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, MS SQL Server, Office 365, and Active Directory

  • Experience working in networking environments, including configuration and management of Cisco switches, routers, and ASA security devicesMicrosoft certification

  • Good working knowledge of ICT, in particular Microsoft applications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Able to work with a diverse array of people in a friendly and non-confrontational way, and able to build successful working relationships
