Qualifications

What can you bring to the role?

• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in guest-facing Operations - hotels preferred

• Be passionate about creating amazing guest experiences

• Demonstrate and live IHG's way of True Hospitality with; True Attitude, True Confidence, True Listening and True Responsiveness

• Have great customer service skills

• Be proactive about developing your career

The successful applicant will be required to have full availability and flexibility to work a rotating roster.
