In this role, you will see the ins and outs of our quality checking process. You’ll learn how to do quality audits on calls, letters and email from various teams to ensure that as a business we are providing excellent customer service and risk minimisation to both Cigna and our customers.

Key areas of focus for this role will include:

  • Working from our Quality Guidelines to conduct reviews on a variety of sale and service interactions from across the business including: calls, emails, letters and click to chat
  • Feeding back the results to Sales, Customer Services, Claims and Underwriting teams
  • Coordinating reports
  • Participating in calibration meetings
  • Providing recommendations for quality improvements

You will need to demonstrate sound judgment, excellent written and verbal communication skills and maintain positive relationships across the wider business while keeping them fully informed throughout the audit process.

Operating with a view of continual improvement, we want you to work with the team and wider business and put forward recommendations for quality improvements, keeping our customers at the forefront of your mind.

This is a hands on role and you will be need to be comfortable providing feedback both written and verbally. The hours of the role will be a mix of day and evening shifts.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the above abilities as well as:

  • Be a quick learner and computer competent.
  • Have a good track record of performance

While not essential, is highly desirable that you have sound AURA knowledge
