About the opportunity
Due to recent growth and the need to provide additional support to the business, we are currently hiring for a Receptionist/Administrator for our Hamilton office to work 25 hrs a week during Monday to Friday.
You will need the following skills and experience:
Professional presentation and good interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation capability and administrative capability
Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks at one time
Proven experience in Microsoft Office applications
Able to work with all levels of staff clients and senior management

Please note: This role is for 25 hrs a week and is on a permanent basis. Hours can vary slightly but you will need to be available Monday to Friday during core business hours.
