strategy across local markets to ensure we are always attracting the best

You’ll own the
implementation of strategically significant recruitment projects throughout Asia
Pacific and globally, working with a wide range of internal stakeholders and
subject matter experts. You’ll be responsible for establishing and maintaining
the operational excellence of Recruiting across Asia Pacific, working with
local teams who will relying on you for your insights and expertise. In return, you’ll have the support of a global
network of highly knowledgeable colleagues, as well as opportunities to impress
in a high-profile role within a critical talent function.
Your key responsibilities

To qualify for the role you must have
Proven experience as a senior recruitingleader
A proven record of recruitment excellence at campus, experienced and/orExecutive hiring levels
Deep,cross border project and change management experience
International work experience, across a range of culturally diversecountries
Demonstrated understanding of recruitment practices,including reporting, processimprovement and data interpretation
Ideally, you’ll also have
Trainingand facilitation experience
